  • How do I place my order?

Placing an order on Jaxtakart is simple. You can put the items in your Shopping Cart by clicking on 'Buy Now' Button. Just Create  a new account or Log in with your email address and password , enter your Billing address ,shipping address and make the payment.

  • How do I check the current status of my order?

You can view the status of your orders in the 'My Account' section. In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

Our dispatch time is 1-3 Working days from the order confirmation date or sometimes it takes more times to dispatch, we make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 7-15 business days. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 20 working days, to deliver the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our supplier.

  • What is the difference between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery?

      Express Delivery is faster than Standard Delivery,after dispatching the product but our dispatch time is same for both condition.

  • What is seller warranty?

      If you receive Damaged iem,Wrong Color,Wrong Quantity Or Not Working Item then you can claim a full replacement of this product under seller warranty within

      maximum 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been confirmed and payment has been made. For more clarification about cancellation please raed our Cancellation Policy.

  • Order Status?

      "Order Placed" - Your order is successfully placed but address verification is pending.

      "Confirmed" - Your order is confirmed and item will be dispatch soon.

      "Canceled" - Your order is cancelled due to address verification failed.

      "Failed" - Your order is not confirmed due to non received payment.

      "Order handed over to courier" - Your order is ready to ship and within 12 hour item will be dispatch.

      "Refunded" - Your order is canceled and refund is initiated, the refund amount will be credited within 5-7 working days.

      "Shipped" - Your item is shipped and the item will be delivered within 7 days.
